Board of Directors and Officers
Our fiscal year ends on December 31. Our annual meeting is held during the first quarter of the year.  At the meeting, members elect the Board of Directors who serve two year staggered term. The Board of Directors then elect Officers that serve one-year terms.  All decisions are made by the Board after considering opinions expressed by members.

​Middle Rock Conservation Partners is a registered corporation with the state of Illinois and is designated as 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Included among the educational and charitable purposes for which the Corporation (MRCP) is organized, is assisting and coordinating with citizens, agencies, and non-governmental organizations in working together to protect and steward habitat for species in greatest need of conservation in the Middle Rock Region.
